The Role

As a Lecturer in Plumbing at B&FC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging education to our students. You’ll be involved in designing and delivering an innovative curriculum, assessing student performance, and providing targeted support to help learners achieve their potential. Your role will be key to ensuring our students gain both practical skills and theoretical knowledge to thrive in the plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and assessment to Plumbing students.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
  • Monitor and support student progress, offering guidance for success.
  • Participate in student recruitment, Open Days, and other promotional events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and educational technologies to enhance learning.
