Application process

Our application process requires you to register your details with us and then complete an online application process. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 30 minutes to complete this process ensuring you have the following information available beforehand:   

  • Personal details
  • Education History
  • Employment history
  • Qualifications
  • Training history

We will hold your personal details for 12 months as per our Privacy Notice. Once these details have been saved to your candidate profile, as long as there are no changes to your details, there will be no requirement to input these details again on any future applications.

There will be a personal statement to complete that is specific to the job. This is your opportunity to evidence how you meet the essential and desirable criteria of the job role. Before you complete this section it is advisable for you to gain a clear understanding of the criteria which will be outlined in the job description (this will be available as an attachment on the job advert).

Throughout the application process you should evidence your suitability for the job role by outlining your experience, knowledge and qualifications that relate to the job role. We recommend that you evidence this with the use of headings and sub-headings to structure your statement.

SHORTLISTING, INTERVIEW AND APPOINTMENT

Following on from the closing date, all applications received, will be reviewed by the hiring manager. Ordinarily, applications cannot be accepted after the closing date.

Successful applicants will be invited to the selection process by e-mail. You will be required to book your interview time on-line by logging in to the candidate portal.

In addition to the interview process you may also be assessed by other selection method such as presentation or an in-tray exercise. Following the selection process the successful and unsuccessful applicant(s) will be contacted via e-mail and informed of the decision.
