The Role

Due to internal promotion, Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is welcoming applications for an Engagement Mentor to join our Access & Continuing Education team, working specifically with our Leadership, Management and Lifestyle Department. This is an exciting opportunity to support our students' success in English and Maths by fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging engagement and progress.

You will be responsible for supporting the attendance, engagement, and progress of students who are studying English and Maths within their study programme for an assigned curriculum area.
