The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Engineering Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality and effective practical and theoretical training to students across apprenticeship and FE pathways. You will be responsible for the full learning experience for students and employers, ensuring compliance with course regulations and delivering outstanding outcomes for all apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both practical and theoretical engineering training to students across apprenticeship and FE pathways.
  • Develop and manage effective training materials and conduct detailed progress reviews with students and employers.
  • Ensure compliance with course regulations and contribute to quality improvement within the curriculum area.
  • Use college systems to monitor and support student progress, and assist with recruitment activities as needed.
