The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-focused individual to join our Management Information and Funding department as a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead significant projects, optimise funding, and contribute to the College’s success in a fast-paced, impactful role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Project Manager within the Management Information and Funding department, you will be tasked with:

  • Managing and monitoring project activities to ensure all contract performance targets are met and outcomes achieved.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with project partners, negotiating on behalf of B&FC, and representing the College at partnership meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with stringent funding and audit criteria, designing and implementing audit processes, and tracking project performance.
  • Maximising project income for the College, identifying and securing additional funding opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to support the development and delivery of new projects.
  • Supervising and supporting administrative staff, ensuring efficient management of all external funding and project activities.
