Join Our Team as an Engineering Trainer at Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC)!

Are you passionate about engineering and eager to inspire the next generation of skilled professionals? At B&FC, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed Engineering Trainer to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to our diverse students across apprenticeship and Further Education (FE) pathways. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on and classroom-based engineering training to apprentices and FE students, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
  • Develop engaging training materials and regularly review progress with both students and their employers to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Maintain full compliance with course regulations while driving quality improvement across the curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress using college systems and actively support recruitment activities to grow our engineering programs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A passion for engineering and education, with a strong desire to support and mentor students as they progress through their training.
  • Experience in delivering technical content in both practical and theoretical settings.
  • A commitment to high standards and continuous quality improvement.
